All sales are final. If you would like insurance on your package, you must send a message to request it to be added into your shipping total. Tracking is NOT guaranteed unless requested.
We do our best to accurately charge you shipping + handling costs. Ecrater has a very unique way of doing this, and sometimes, we get it wrong. So if the shipping ever seems high, please send us a message and we can invoice you with the correct amount. Once we ship an item, if we find that we have over charged once the handling has been accounted for, we do refund the difference.
